Fleming Homes are specialists in the manufacture and supply of "one-off" timber framed homes designed to meet the needs of an individual client or builder. We have our own in-house design team who are familiar with the regional variations of house style in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. When it comes to internal and external finishes the range and choice is very large; and we can help guide you to the finishes which best suit you. Our design service is free of charge and can lead to significant savings in the overall cost of your new home.

Each of the homes in our collections have been designed for previous clients to fit the orientation and size of their sites, their lifestyle and budget and have been provided to inspire your imagination and to give you ideas for your own home. You can use the designs as a basis on which to plan a similar home, or we can start from scratch, drawing on your own ideas or plans from the hundreds of houses we have built throughout the UK as well as overseas. We are also happy to work from your own architect's drawings.
