At Fleming Homes, quality is paramount, and we have our own ISO 9001-certified Quality Assured process. As part of this commitment to excellence, we assign each timber frame home to an individual construction designer who personally manages your project, right from construction design to erection on site.
This in-house design capacity allows us to maintain direct control over quality standards, and draw on combined design expertise under a single roof. This means the quality of our designers’ construction drawings and support throughout the build process is outstanding.
The construction design phase of your project can follow on from our pre-design services, or be based on your existing architect’s drawings.
No matter how your concept design has been created, our technicians will become an indispensable part of your self-build team.
