Our planning service is free of charge. We require a 10% deposit on the agreed cost for the timber frame to make an application, which is fully refunded in the unlikely event that your planning permission is refused. This presents a ‘no cost’ guarantee in the worst-case scenario, giving you that extra confidence if you are uncertain about the planning process. It also gives an indication of the confidence we have in our ability to obtain full planning permission for your timber frame project.
