Our friend and founder Thomas Fleming has sadly passed away.  

It’s a nice feeling to be getting ready for the Christmas break with so many positives to reflect on. Production is on the increase as confidence grows again within the self-build market. New industry initiatives have been introduced which will continue to support growth, making it even more attractive for the self-builder to build the home of their dreams in 2012.

NaSBA is the National Self Build Association. It is a newly established association said to be ‘the voice of the self-build market’. We liked the NaSBA objectives so we joined.

There is no denying that 2010 has been another year of ups and downs. Even though the economy is successfully clawing its way back from its darkest depths of 2008, growth is very gradual and somewhat unpredictable.
