Fleming Homes has been designing, manufacturing and supplying one-off timber frame homes across the UK and overseas for over 30 years. We provide an extensive range of products and services for self-builders, with the added quality assurance of ISO 9001 accreditation.

If you’ve already bought your plot, our design service is free of charge. Our experienced timber frame house designers will work with you to develop your ideas into something that’s realistic and specific to your requirements. Our experienced planning team will help you over some of the hurdles associated with planning consent, and building regulation approval are also expertly managed by our experienced technicians.

Our company is built on precision engineering and carefully controlled manufacturing, and our hand made timber frames are known for their superb quality, and supplied and erected across the UK and overseas. We also offer a comprehensive specification which can be adapted to suit your requirements, and a wide range of other services to help you realise your self-build project.
