SER engineering and site investigation
Depending on your location, Fleming Homes can provide full SER certification services, including site investigation. This process is quoted on a job-by-job basis, and carried out by our team of affiliated engineers.
SAP calculation services
Our building regulation service includes SAP calculations as standard. However, we can also provide this as a standalone service on request.
Air tightness testing
Building air flow testing can be quoted on request.
