A traditional Scottish design. For the construction phase of this project the self-builders have purchased the house next door to the site (also a Fleming Homes timber frame) so that they can live onsite during the build.

• Specification: 195 x 45 external walls with 190mm factory-fitted PIR insulation
• Status: Supply only for a joinery company operating as the main contractor on this project. The final finish will include a combination of render and sandstone.
