FULL SPECIFICATION

A full specification kit is comprehensive and includes the supply of items such as plasterboard, insulation, external doors, windows, internal doors, and much more, and you can choose as much or as little as best suits your needs. Each product also has several options, providing additional flexibility to create a package tailored to your exact requirements. If this sounds overwhelming, our helpful team are on hand to talk you through the options and provide helpful advice and guidance.

Choosing a full specification package will eliminate the head scratching involved in estimating the quantity of materials needed; we will do that for you! And if you are fed up ‘shopping around’, our full specification means you can rely on our trusted supply chain. STRUCTURE ONLY

Our structure only package includes only the materials that make up the structure of your new dwelling (roof, floors, walls etc). It can be a great choice where you are using a main contractor or a project manager to organise and manage the supply of follow-on materials.
