Self-Build, Step by Step
A free five-part webinar series for people planning to build their own home - five live evenings covering design, planning, manufacture and site preparation, each with open Q&A and a practical resource to take away.
Building your own home is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do - and at the start, one of the most daunting. There is a lot to learn, and most of it only becomes clear once you are already in the middle of it.

This series is designed to change that

FAQ
How much does it cost?
Nothing. All five sessions are free, and so are the downloads and the replays.
Do I need to attend all five?
No. Each session stands on its own - though they follow the journey in order, so the series gives the fullest picture.
What if I can't make a date?
Register anyway. We send every registrant the replay, usually within two days.
Can I really ask questions?
Yes - that is the point. Every session ends with open Q&A, and we stay on past the formal finish for anyone with more to ask.
Do I need to be a Fleming Homes customer?
No. The series is open to anyone planning, or thinking about, a self-build anywhere in the UK.
Will you try to sell to me?
We will show you, at the end of each session, the one thing we offer that fits that stage - the rest of the time is yours.
